Once Google has given me my quality score for my keywords, in my case 7 for most, if I make changes to my landing page to try and improve it, will my quality score change or is it fixed once it's first determind and I'd have to start the campaign all over again.

“ Hi Gang
I want to test a landing page using PPC before I commit to buying a specific domain for that product. So initially it would be something like: www.bestreview.com/rileyshairsecrets.html - then later would register www.rileyshairsecrets.com So, first question is will my cost per click be quite a bit higher if my keywords aren't in the main part of the url? And will my clickthrough rate be lower too? IF it is successful, can I just switch the PPC destination to the new URL WITHOUT Google getting upset, ie will my google low cost per clik bonus start from square one again?? Sorry for long question!!

“ I read something
that stated if you
are starting a new
google ppc campaign and have
had previous unsuccessful campaigns with them, TO Close Out Your Account. It said google would hold your bad campaigns against you. (quality score etc.) This is the first time I have heard of such a thing. Is this true? If so what is the best way to approach this situation?

I'm looking for a PPC service which has a balance of price and quality. Google at one end is pricey whith good quality, and at other end I tried Findology which got tons of clicks but zero response. Any recommendatsions please so I don't keep wasting money on minimum signup/top up fees.

“ Hi, I need an adwords expert to please answer this question.
In my adwords account I am running a campaign, 1 keyword, 1 adgroup, and targeting 3 countries. Let's call this campaign 1.
I create another campaign, exactly the same as campaign 1, but the only difference is it targets a different country not targeted by campaign 1. Is this allowed?
Second thing is, if I created campaign 3, which is a copy of campaign 1, but the only difference is, it shows different ad copy. Is this allowed?
Lastly if for instance I had a profitable campaign for a specific keyword, and I want to duplicate that by becoming my own competition on adwords, can I simply create another campaign on the same account which targets that same keyword and using similar ad copy as my profitable campaign? I have a feeling this will not be allowed but just need to check.. and if this is not allowed, would it be better to simply sign up for another adwords account and run the new campaign there?

“ My adwords account is telling me I am eligible to use the conversion optimizer. Is this worth doing or will I be spending more money this way? I have a pretty good handle on my adwords account but it seems as though this would automate it a little more. I just don't know if I fully trust google yet to have it in their good hearts to save me money. ”

“ Am I correct in my thinking here - there are 4 adwords ads on a keyword I would like. The average CPC is like 75 cents per... but there are only 4 on the first page, so can I bid something like much lower like 10 cents and simply claim the 5th spot on the list? ”

“ Hi, I am currently testing ads on adwords. I have 2 ads right now that are identical except the headlines. The CTR's are different by 2%. The low one is converting at 3.7% and the high at 1.1%. Have you guys ever found any discrepencies with the conversion codes google provides with each campaign? Or can I trust the conversion numbers? I would hate to get rid of the higher CTR and lose traffic if their is a bug in the conversion tracking. Thanks. ”
